We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items.
All sales are final. Please make sure you review the product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before purchasing.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at thepinkvaultttt@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or any other buyer’s remorse reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
