We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping is handled through standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or similar, depending on your location and order size).
Estimated delivery times are:
• Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days after shipment (may vary by country and customs)
Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We do not offer free shipping unless a promotion is currently active.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided or on the carrier’s website.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at thepinkvaultttt@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging.
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims must be filed within the carrier’s timeframe (usually 30–60 days from shipment).
No Returns or Refunds on Shipping
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All sales are final per our Return and Refund Policy.
